Hotel Indonesia Kempinski, Jakarta

This is the oldest hotel in Jakarta.  They have the best location at the city center.  Actually they had many times renovation.  

They have a connection with the Big Shopping Mall - Grand Indonesia.  Ballroom placed at the West Mall so then we should passing the mall to get the Ballroom or taking a shuttle from Hotel to Ballroom.  I hope it wont b make difficult for the group to have a meeting here.

1 thing that u have to remember when u have an event in this Hotel.  There's no coordination between their unit.  Banquet n Sales n Marketing.  N they wont care the successful of your event.  Even u told them what to do on the H day.  They wont do anything for u...  Their service is really really really BAD.

Hyatt Hotel, Jakarta

Why they treats local n international visitor very different?.  When the International visitors came they will say hello with a pleasant n nice face but i was standing there for 30 minutes waiting for the Sales Person without any hello or smile....  How come the big international hotel treat people like this?

Honesty, my 1st impression is very bad.  That's make my mood very bad along the time.  

They r offering Hyatt 5.  That's the meeting room at 5th Floor with the garden surrounding.  But the facility of the meeting room is incomplete.  They dont even have WIFI for the participants...  Ffffiiuuhhh...
