Be prepare to stay at Koening Hotel, Cirebon

I found this hotel from internet browsing.  There r few points that should b more get my attention from the beginning actually.  But i didnt realize bout that.

1st i called them to book the room i got 2 rooms with the expensive price.  Prana, the one who take my reservation, didnt mention about the type of the rooms coz it was only the room left.  I didnt surprise bout the price coz it was Idul Fitri's rate.

On the other i checked their website, the price is a half of Idul Fitri's price.  I booked at the website n their r still available room with the website's price.  Before i filled my credit card number i checked the hotel n guess what...   Someone said the hotel was full.  Aaarrgghhh...  thanks God i havent fill my credit card number yet.  If i did then how come?

Just the day before check-in date i called the hotel.  I was really angry because they said there's no name of me.  Prana, the one who was talking to me said that he never got my reservation.  Lucky me that i still keeping his mobile number, so then he couldnt find a reason for arguing me.  He said i got 2 type of the room but all same rate.  Ok...  Even i m not sure bout him n the hotel services but at least tomorrow i have a place to sleep.

I confirmed that i would check in very late few times.  It was very bad traffic there.  it was good knowing that the hotel keeping calling me reminder about my reservation.

My sleep was very well...  The services is not bad.  The rooms is clean n comfort.  The room boy said the breakfast will serve 07.00 - 10.00 am.

We went down stairs to have a breakfast at 07.30.  Arrrggghhh...  breakfast time is just 30 minutes started but there's nothing.....  I asked the lady there...  She said they would re-fill the meals.  Ok....  Then few minutes later...  They re-filled the meals.  Except bread that was only re-fill only 4 slice.  I didnt remember how many person complain about this but it was really upset...  I emailed the hotel tru their website at that time, still at the restaurant  Wishing that there is person in charge would read my email at the soonest.

Then after having some arguing with the servant, we were back to our room.   Arrrrrggghhh... 2nd trouble came up.  No water for shower.  How come a hotel didnt have a water for shower?  I called front office, he said the water was empty... Wwwwwhhaaatttt...?????

I emailed the 2nd complain bout this.  I dont know what to say n what to do.  The hotel is good.  But with this condition I m not sure we wants to come back.  I confirmed here that Koening Hotel, Cirebon hasnt ready yet to have many visitors....  Really really disapointed... So...  if u decided to stay there please b prepare with many problems...  N be more patient.... 

Pullman Hotel, Jakarta

There are 2 Pullman Hotels in Jakarta.  1 is located at Thamrin area - business distric at the city center n another one is at Central Park, one of the big shopping mall in Jakarta.

Pullman - Thamrin

One of the old business hotel in Jakarta.  It was famous as a Japanese Hotel.  But now they totally renovated  Mostly they r still have Japanese style in their room but their meeting room totally renovated.

They have a new concept for a meeting style.  Coffee break will serve at the special corner.  Same snack for all the participants in all meeting rooms.  The corner looks like a kitchen...  Nice n very creative.

They have meeting room style with the open kitchen too.  Usually the meeting room used for the cooking class...

They have very nice ballroom too.  Separated with all the hustle n bustle of the lobby.  But they dont have a special corner...  All can b served at the foyer.

Their restaurant is very unique too.  The put each specialty of the food in different spot with the open kitchen... Western, Chinese etc.  U can have a small private place...  Really nice

Pullman - Central Park 

The hotel attached to the big shopping mall but there is no access direct to the hotel so the security can b guaranteed.

The concept of the hotel is really different with the other one.  Its hhhuuummm... business n leisure concept i think.  They said its duplicated the one in Paris.  They lobby is in the ground same with the lobby of the shopping mall but their first floor is not at the 2nd fl.  coz we have to pass the shopping mall parking area.  That's why it will takes a few time even only to go up one level.

Their room is very nice too.  

They have a pleasant meeting room.  Simple with the bright colour

Their foyer is really cute...

They have very big ball room which has a separate access direct to the parking area.  Wow....

They r putting a big high heels in the restaurant... really creative
